FUN88 disclaims all warranties, representations and liabilities relating to any aspect of the Services, Website, Software and Information that may be provided by third parties (including broadband and telecom providers) and is not liable for their failures or omissions.
FUN88, related entities, affiliates, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any damage, loss or expense — including direct, indirect, special or economic loss — arising from use of or access to the Services, Website, Software and Information, or from downloading, installing or using the Software, whether or not FUN88 advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUN88’s liability to you (whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise) relating to any betting matter shall not exceed the corresponding stake amount of your bet.
You acknowledge that the waivers and exclusions in these Terms represent a fair allocation of risks and benefits between you and FUN88, considering all relevant factors including the value of consideration you provide. These waivers and limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If you dispute a game or event result, you must write to us using the contact details on the Website within fourteen (14) days of the result. If there is inconsistency between results on your Device and our transaction database, you agree that the database result as certified by the Head of Technology is final and conclusive. FUN88 encourages you to keep records of bets, deposit and withdrawal confirmations, and to note our rules and updates. Licensed offshore operators must inform members that bets violating law may be treated as void.

Data, materials and information provided for your use or generated/collected via the Website, Services and/or Devices — including marketing materials, results, statistics, sports data, fixtures, odds, text, graphics, video and audio (“Information”) — belong to FUN88 and/or our licensors and are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Except as expressly permitted in the Terms, you must not copy, compile, reproduce, store, distribute, display, publish, transmit, sell, rent, lease, license or otherwise disseminate Information to others, other websites, online services or media without our written permission (or the IP owner’s written permission for third-party materials).

4. Conditions of Use

To use the Services you warrant that you will not use or access the Website, Services, Software and/or Information for any unlawful purpose under laws applicable to you, or in breach of these Terms. In particular, you warrant that:

You have not been diagnosed with, and do not consider yourself to have, a gambling addiction or similar problem
You fully understand the risk of losing money while using the Services
You do not deposit funds from criminal or other unlawful activity
You keep username, account number and password secure against unauthorised access, and change the password or notify us immediately if confidentiality is compromised
You alone are responsible for all activity under your username, account and password, whether authorised by you or not; losses caused by third-party use of your credentials will not be reimbursed and you hold us harmless
You will not use the Services, Website, Devices, Software or Information in any way that interferes with other users’ access or impairs operation of the Services and Website
You will not solicit or attempt to obtain information about other users
You will not upload or distribute programs, files or data containing viruses or other harmful code
Your access from your country is lawful and not prohibited by mandatory rules applicable to you
You will not send illegal, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, racially or religiously inflammatory, pornographic or otherwise unlawful material, or material that encourages criminal or civilly liable conduct
You will not interfere with other users’ use, or engage in surveys, contests, chain letters or spam
For transparency, FUN88 reserves the right to require providers to verify relevant information and report within 120 days of notice; confirmed policy breaches may result in account lock and cancellation of winnings and remaining balance
You will not deposit via credit/debit cards you are not authorised to use, or conspire with third parties to do so

5. Software Licence

You acknowledge that Software enabling remote access to the Website via your Device is part of the Service and property of FUN88 and/or our licensors, and you have no rights against that Software other than as licensed. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, publicly perform, broadcast, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or transfer the Software to others or other platforms without permission.
FUN88 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on a Device of which you are the primary user. You may not: install the Software on networked servers for shared access; allow others to use the Software; create means for others to use it; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from the Software or related user materials.
Upon termination of the agreement for any reason, the licence automatically ends and you must stop using and uninstall the Software.

6. Addition or Interruption of Games

We may, without liability to any party and without notice, add new games or features, or commence, discontinue, interrupt, restrict access to or modify any game or feature at any time.

7. Force Majeure

If FUN88 fails to perform or delays performance of obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control — including acts of God, changes in law, government action, court orders, terrorism, fire, strikes or labour disputes, flood, drought, war, riot, theft, transmission or system failure, broadband/telecom outages, power loss, severe weather, earthquake or other natural disasters — such failure or delay does not constitute a breach. You agree to take reasonable steps to mitigate consequences of such events.

8. Priority of Documents

House Betting Rules (where applicable) and any other conditions governing use of and access to the Services, Software, Information and Website form an integral part of these Terms.
If there is conflict between House Betting Rules (or other governing conditions) and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
If language versions differ, the English version prevails for rights and obligations under these Terms and the House Rules.

9. Settlement Notes

All winnings are credited to your account. FUN88 is not liable for erroneously credited funds/winnings and may void related transactions. If funds are credited in error, you must notify FUN88 immediately; unused amounts may be removed and related transactions voided. Funds cannot be transferred between accounts.
Maximum sports-betting payouts to any member are limited to GBP £100,000 (or equivalent) per bet or the lower maximum for specific bet types. Maximum stakes vary by market list and may change without notice, but will never exceed your available account balance.
