FUN88 operates under an Anjouan Gaming Licence and complies with applicable rules for sports betting and other online betting services. Disputes relating to online gambling services are handled under the laws of the Union of the Comoros and the Anjouan Gaming Licence. These Terms and Conditions take effect from 7 October 2021 and replace all prior terms. If you do not agree with any term, any later amendment, or any applicable rule, you must not use or access our websites and services.

1. Definitions

The following provisions set out the Terms and Conditions governing use of, access to and participation in any “real play” services offered by FUN88 (including references to “FUN88”, “we”, “us” or “our” as context requires) from time to time (the “Service(s)”) on and/or via www.FUN88.com and any other website operated under the FUN88 name (the “Website(s)”). These provisions should be read together with any applicable game rules (for example, “House Betting Rules”) and any other conditions controlling use of the Service, Software and access to the Website(s) and Information contained therein (together with these “Terms and Conditions”).

Bet or “wager” includes, without limitation, sports betting, card play and gambling undertaken in connection with any Service(s) offered on the Website(s).

Device(s) means any device used to access the Service, including desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones, PDAs and other handheld devices.

Software means any computer program, data or other content (including related user materials) required to be installed on a Device to enable you to use, access and participate in the Services.

Sports betting means the online sports betting system accessible via the “Sports” section of the Website and related online betting activities.

2. Acceptance

By ticking “I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and that I have read, understood and accepted FUN88’s Terms and Conditions” and clicking “SAVE AND CONTINUE” during registration, you acknowledge and accept that you have read, fully understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.

3. Amendments

Only we may add to, update or amend these Terms and Conditions and the House Betting Rules (or any part thereof) at any time. Such changes will be published on the Website and take effect from publication. Continued use, access or participation after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and House Betting Rules.

4. Betting and Acceptance Process

We accept bets on games, sports or other events advertised on the Website and/or Devices from time to time. All bets are subject to the House Rules for each event or game and these Terms and Conditions.

If a system error or other fault occurs, or players are not correctly informed about an event, all bets on that event may be voided.
Where the FUN88 system fails, a transaction does not complete, or technical issues or suspected fraud arise, FUN88 may cancel any and/or all related bets.
FUN88 may, in its sole discretion, refuse all or part of any bet without giving reasons.
Bets are accepted only via the internet and/or compatible Devices under these Terms. Bets submitted by post, email, fax or other means are invalid regardless of outcome.
Subject to other Terms, bets are valid when your name and account identifiers are entered correctly and your account has sufficient funds. You are solely responsible for ensuring bet details are correct before confirmation.
Once a bet is placed and accepted, you cannot cancel, withdraw or change it; acceptance is conclusive evidence of the bet placed.
No bet is permitted after our cut-off time, after an event has started and/or once the result is known at the time you bet. Mistakenly offered post-start markets (outside in-play/half-time offerings) may be refused or voided.
Event start times on the Website are informational only.
Unless sport-specific rules state otherwise, results are settled based on the official result on the day; later reversals are not recognised for betting purposes.
If a venue changes, bets based on the original venue may be cancelled at FUN88’s discretion.
Winners are determined on the event end date under the House Betting Rules. Suspended games, protests or reversed decisions are not recognised for betting settlement.
If an invalid selection is included in a combination bet, settlement will be based only on the remaining valid selections.
We do not accept simultaneous duplicate bets on the same event from you. FUN88 has final authority on all betting and transaction matters.

5. Settlement of Transactions

When using credit or debit cards, the cardholder name must match your registered real name. FUN88 may refuse to settle a transaction where names do not match. You remain fully liable for amounts owed to FUN88 and/or other players (if any). You agree not to make or attempt chargebacks or payment reversals and will indemnify FUN88 for related fees and losses. FUN88 may discontinue services or payouts for certain users or credit/debit-card users at its discretion. Taxes, duties and charges applicable to winnings under local law are your sole responsibility.

6. Receiving Winnings

Winnings from completed bets are credited to your account and may be withdrawn under the withdrawal policy once satisfactory photographic ID and/or card copies (as required) are provided. Deposits generally require at least one-times turnover before withdrawal; FUN88 may apply deposit/withdrawal fees. Bank charges incurred by FUN88 in connection with your betting transactions are payable by you and may be deducted from winnings or your account balance.

Accounts with no login, deposit, withdrawal and/or betting activity for 24 months may be suspended. To reactivate, contact Customer Care via live chat.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify FUN88, its shareholders, employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents against any loss, damage or claim (including legal fees) arising from your access to the Website, download or installation of Software, betting and/or use of the Services, Software and/or Information, and/or any breach of these Terms and/or the House Betting Rules.

8. Termination, Account Closure or Suspension

In addition to other rights, FUN88 may void winnings, confiscate account balances, terminate this agreement and/or suspend services and/or close your account if it has reasonable grounds to believe or evidence that:

You hold more than one active FUN88 account
Your real name does not match the name on cards or funding methods used
You join a promotion and withdraw before completing its requirements
You provide false or misleading registration information
You fail to provide required identification
You are under the Legal Age
You access the Service from a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited
You initiate chargebacks or reverse deposits
Funds originate from criminal or unlawful activity
You commit or attempt fraud, collusion, or use AI/automated systems designed to defeat the platform
You breach any Term of this agreement
You fail to disclose that you are located in a restricted territory (including, without limitation, Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cambodia, Denmark, France, Georgia, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mauritius, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nepal, Netherlands, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Portugal, Russia, Seychelles, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Syria, Taiwan, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, UAE, Vanuatu, Yemen, United Kingdom (including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and England), Ireland (Republic of Ireland), Lao PDR, United States, South Korea, North Korea, or other territories we may designate)

FUN88 may close an account and return the balance without prior notice. Outstanding bets will be handled under these Terms. We may also suspend all or part of the Services for any reason without prior notice.

9. Waiver

FUN88’s failure to enforce any provision at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights or otherwise affect the validity of these Terms, or prejudice later enforcement.

10. Severability

If any provision (or part of a provision) is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed to that extent. The remaining Terms continue in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Access to and use of the betting services, Website, Software, betting information and these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union of the Comoros under the Anjouan Gaming Licence. If a dispute cannot be resolved between the user and FUN88, it may be referred to the Anjouan Gaming licensing authority under applicable rules. Where FUN88 initiates a dispute or legal action, FUN88 may choose an appropriate resolution method under law and these Terms. Users agree that legal proceedings will be brought before competent courts of the Union of the Comoros or other courts as law permits. FUN88 may also bring proceedings in any other country or jurisdiction where legally allowed.
